Worst ever bank experience I had in my life.. Bank staff has no responsibility, accountability, and hell no humanity after making appointment also bank staff make people wait for hours together.

The service was very fast, I had an appointment to open an account and the girl who assisted me was truly friendly, she looked for ways so that I could understand everything regarding the account despite the language.

Im a semi truck driver, im not from here. Then only chance i had to go to this branch. I found this branch and they closed for walk-in lobby....they only to do drive thru...wasting time
