They also have dresses for other occasions. They are only open until 3 but she gave us such a personal touch while we shopped to find the perfect dress. “Took my 13 year old daughter school clothes shopping today. Was immediately greeted at the door by an employee. I failed to catch her name. Kinda taller Caucasian woman with dark hair in a ponytail. She immediately asked our names and what we were looking for! She started pulling things and getting an idea of what we needed! She stayed right with us throughout the entire time. We ended up purchasing almost $300 worth of clothes simply because of her!! I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service at ANY other store!!! I really wish I would’ve gotten her name!! The BEST customer service ever!! That woman needs a pay raise!”

“I love Ross period, I like going to see different Rosses and comparing what they have that others don't have and it's always different especially in different demographic areas. This Ross had a lot of nice things that the Ross back home doesn't have even the set up was different. I went for my father to find him a shirt and it was very limited on long sleeve dress/casual like shirts.”
