“My experience here was wonderful. The store selection for me was a little slim, the clothing options were reasonably wide but my interests can be very picky. I did look at plenty of things however and noticed each price was acceptionally low given the good quality of most clothing. The highlight of my experience however was the cashier (currently unaware of her name). Her personality was very warm and welcoming, she was extremely easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions, held a conversation with us, and even joked around with us. That alone will deffinitely bring me back, regardless of whether they have clothing that fits my style or not.”

“Every time I visit Sephora inside Kohl's, which is generally at night after work, I usually run across Delaney. She is always working by herself and always gives the best customer service, even when she is backed up with customers inside the store. She is a true professional in every aspect and Sephora inside of Kohl's is very lucky to have her. She shade matches me perfectly which is not easy to do and she is so well versed in fragrances as well. If it weren't for her and her knowledge, I don't know that I would shop there. So bravo to Kohl's for hiring such a helpful, enthusiastic, and truly professional employee.”

“I have not been in Penneys for far too long. The store was well-lit, clean, fairly well-stocked, & inviting. Every single employee I passed--at least 6, spoke, greeted me & offered to assist me. Great customer service which speaks volumes about the fine employees & management. Very impressive!”
