I called to ask if they had a notary public and to see if they would be available during lunch. The lady who answered was helpful and told me that they had two notaries so I could go anytime. When I arrived, the bank was not busy and the Branch leader was also very kind in quick. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. I usually do not go into the bank unless I have to. This was a very pleasant and quick experience both on the phone and in person. Thank you Moody Truist branch for your professionalism and kindness.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the new Branch Small Business Leader James. We are switching over to Truist due to being new to the area, currently we have no complaints and James/Truist has made the experience as easy as possible.

They need to be more professional to their customer.
I don’t have time to go around and play this game.

Go to the BBB site and see all the complaints on them........I opened an account with them about 2 years ago. They told me that I would get over the counter checks to start me off, I told them I don't write many checks and would order some online. I deposited a significant amount of money so checks arrived in the mail, I figured this was because of the deposit I made was large enough to get free checks. I relocated from North Carolina and was not watching my bank balance as I should have, I noticed the bank balance was not the same as mine so I investigated, and discovered that a couple of months after I opened the account they sneaked in a charge for checks that I never requested, I always order my checks online because the bank charges $30.00 for what I can get for $10.99. When I noticed it on my account I was told during the transition from BB&T to Truist these things happen and Amanda said she would get this charge removed. It has been months and months and every time I checked with Amanda she said she is still trying. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Truist called today and said they would not remove the charge because I was using the checks....I thought they were complimentary because I NEVER requested checks from them. When I close my account I will shred the checks they made me pay for and give it back to them. This bank branch is not desirable, while I was in there another customer who said he was a customer for many years was leaving because there is never enough people to serve the customers.

Like a lot of other other customers on here, if there was a way I could give a zero star or a -0 star I would. My experience there has been the worst banking experience I have ever encountered! They tied my money up for nine days and would not release it. When I tried to call and talk to Amanda ,who opened up my account ,I could not get her on the phone for four days! When the ninth day rolled around and they released my funds, I went in and close the account. Trust me, when I tell you go to another bank!! I came there from another bank that done me wrong, and this branch missed the potential of getting a personal account, business account, personal credit card, and business credit card. They just let a lot of business walk out the front door because they would not give me a call.

Truist overall is horrible for more reasons than I can list. This branch in particular rarely answers the phone and never calls back when you need to speak to the branch manager. Going to another bank. Truist is just terrible.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst banking experience yet. Bankers could care less about the consumers. I will be closing all of my accounts today and will be moving to a better bank.

This bank… Rudest people ever. Even before they switched from BBT. I’ve lived all over the country and this is the most unhelpful, rude and incompetent group of people that I’ve ever seen in a bank.

Friendly staff, but it is SLOW!! Not to mention, the never seem to answer the phone. You can be waiting up to 1-2 hours just to be able to talk with a banker. I have been forced to close all of my personal and business accounts because I don’t have time to wait for them to finish personal conversations with each other. Regions, here I come!!
