“Shirley’s florist by Norton’s did an Amazing job replicating the basket of joy I ordered and the pinkish mauve soft blanket I ordered for my daughter whose in an Inverness / Birmingham area hospital for surgery , unplanned . I’m unable to be there as I’m take of my 91yr old dad . The ordering process was very easy . I just looked up online for Birmingham, Alabama florist that deliver to hospitals locally in that area in Norton’s florist popped up, and I looked at their flowers and plants and flowering plants and I felt like the basket of joy fit Perfectly with what I needed and wanted. It’s very hard to carry flowers when you’re being discharged from the hospital in flowers die quickly especially when you’re sick and you don’t feel like taking care of them so I immediately thought of getting her a plant but a lot of plants that they have are lilies and she has cats and they are poisonous to cats so immediately looked at the basket of joy which didn’t have any lilies. It was beautiful in the basket had a handle, which made it Easier to carry after being discharged to go home and my daughter knows how to take care of plants very Well, so the plants will live a long time. And who doesn’t love a blanket, especially a soft one my only complaint is with both choices. They didn’t give pinks as a bow choice. Pink is our favorite color they gave more primary colors. They did have purple as a bow color choice and I was surprised that they didn’t have pink for the basket choice. I could’ve called and asked them, but I didn’t wanna bother them mine my fault completely. I don’t fault them with that probably could’ve gotten what I wanted, but I wanted to do this all online so I chose yellow the color of sunshine to make her happy. I am 100% pleased with my purchase in the delivery process. They did an excellent job on the delivery time. That product was excellent and beautiful they were very nice. I had no issues. It will definitely use them again. If I need them I gave them five stars if you’re in the Birmingham area or Inverness of Alabama, please give them a try and don’t just buy flowers. Look at their plants and flowering plants the basket of joy is worth every penny.”
