“We traveled from Maryland for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed some work done on our Volvos prior to driving back home. The owner Alex, waited for us to arrive although it was near to their closing time. Once we arrived he was efficient and knowledgeable about our cars. Repaired the Volvos and made sure sufficient air was in our tires in record breaking time. We drove back to Maryland without any issues. Great place with exceptional service! If we lived near Birmingham Alex at GTech would be our only mechanic!! Two thumbs UP!!”

“I don't think things could have been better. They came and towed my big truck, did a full and complete diagnosis and even found things that I didn't know needed attention or fixed, gave me an estimate and away we go for the repairs. I appreciate how thorough the mechanics are and I never felt pressured to fix anything they found or brought to my attention. Communication couldn't be better and although I am not there, I am confident that our truck is in very good hands. Brenda the lead dispatcher is very nice and very helpful and understands the stressful situations that a truck being broke down brings to the owners. Truck is in the shop now for repairs and I have complete trust in the mechanic team to get it done right and for Brenda to make sure everything is on point.
