My wife brought our 125-pound Mastiff in for his first visit, and anyone with a giant breed knows that a vet appointment can be quite the challenge. From the moment she arrived, the entire process was smooth and efficient. We were seen quickly, and every member of the staff was welcoming and professional.
Dr. Sam was outstanding. He was genuine, compassionate, incredibly thorough, and completely transparent throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to carefully explain everything, answered every question, and made it clear that he truly cared about our dog’s health and well-being rather than rushing us through the visit.
The pricing was another pleasant surprise. Everything was explained upfront with no hidden costs, and despite our dog needing X-rays, the total was far more affordable than we expected and significantly less than what we’ve paid at other veterinary clinics.
The level of care, attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism was exceptional. We’ve found our veterinarian, and we won’t be taking our dog anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Sam and his team to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic that genuinely puts both pets and their owners first.”
“Dr. Soto was great! She explained my cat’s condition to us thoroughly and made sure we understood our options for a course of action. You can also tell she really cares about the pets she’s seeing. We went in the day before Thanksgiving and she helped is resolve my cat’s issues as quickly as possible. She even messaged us on Thanksgiving to make sure kitty was okay!”

“My baby Allie was checked to see if she had worms. The Dr. Raines and her staff checked out Allie and could not fine anything.
She suggested sending a stool sample out to a lab with detail testing. I mailed the prepaid package to the lab and they had the results back quickly. They did find a worm eggs in her stool. Dr. Raines called with the antibiotic to work for this worm.”
“This is not my vet. I was accompanying a friend. The practice seems to be busy and efficiently run. There were lots of dogs that came and went rather quickly. All of the pet owners seemed to be satisfied. Plenty of parking with easy, one level access to the waiting room.”
“I've been bringing my girl to Dr. Vargas and his team for years now, and every time we're there, it's a great experience! The entire team, from the front staff to the techs to the vets, are patient, kind, caring, and attentive to you and your pet. You may have to wait a minute, even with an appointment, but it is SO worth it. Dr. Vargas and the team take their time, really hear you out, and treat your pet as if it were their own. They've also been super helpful with finances, and have been consistently willing to give me an estimate before they do anything (they know the price can stack up quick and they are more than happy to work with you). I cannot recommend this place more; whether it's a yearly check-up or a more serious situation, their expertise mixes so well with their kindness and care. I always leave feeling better about how my girl is doing!”

“The best care with so much love and understanding. Will never go to any other Vet. I had gone to one on 280 when I had to have. steve put to sleep and I had a lot of questions. It seemed to irritate the vet and that we were wasting their time at least it felt that way to us. DID NOt feel that way at all at cabana valley and will always remember how well we were treated. Thank you all for helping us through a horrible time.

“I am so impressed with the staff and veterinarians at Banfield with every visit since 2023 when I first brought one of my pets to them. I’ve used them several times for a young cat and older small dog, and each time I’ve been treated very well and my fur babies received excellent care! The Dr.’s took great time to explain every detail, protocol and options, and the staff have always been friendly and engaged in explaining my visits each time. The pricing is fair and details are printed out upon leaving. Excellent in every way!!! Excellent!! Highly recommended!”
“Love advanced vet care! The staff is so amazing & sweet & helpful. They truly treat the animals & love them like their own, and provide the best care.
Dr. Morrison is so sweet & very knowledgeable about my new kitten Lindo & took the time to explain his results & the best treatment plan regarding what was best for his health overall & most importantly. You can tell she truly advocates for and does what’s best for the animals. She even told me she was so excited to continue seeing him / serving him over the coming years to watch him grow.
All the vet techs are incredible - and they all loved on and cuddled with Lindo whenever we stopped by and were excited to see him. You can tell all the staff genuinely loves each and every animal under their care and form relationships with them just by being at the front desk.
I also found a stray dog in our work parking lot one day laying in the sun on the black asphalt on a very hot/sunny day, and didn’t even think twice about putting it in my car and drove straight to advanced. They provided it with water & shaved down its coat and brushed out its fur because the dog was so overheated. It had gotten out and they scanned its microchip and tracked down the owner & let them know it was in great care until they could come get their dog. The vet tech was covered in the dogs hair, but sat there petting the dog & making it feel safe, brushing it until the owner came, it was so sweet.
I was also late and they moved my appointment with no problem. No one else I’d trust treating my new little fur baby kitten or dropping off my parents dogs for daycare!! The dogs truly have the best time at daycare which shows- the animals love it too!!! They give them great baths & grooms too.
They are the literally just the best!!!

“This place is the best! I have a Yorkie and I took him to several other pet boutiques to get groomed. No one was able to groom my dog or was willing to cut and groom my dogs face. It was very frustrating . I took him to Chelsea and she did such an amazing job! She is so sweet and patient with my do! If anyone is looking for a dog groomer that actually loves her job and actually grooms your dog the way they are supposed to be groomed then this is the place to go! So happy I found this place!”
