“My review is from the Decatur store, which closed recently. But we still had a great experience from the same workers.I bought a engagement diamond only from JH. We bought the setting at another jewelry store. We were wanting something pretty hard to find size wise in a specific cut. Of course within a specific budget. The team at JH found something exactly what we wanted.Most other stores would basically consider this "too much work" and attempt to force us to just buy something off the shelf. But JH just put in the extra time and effort to help us.Glad to have done business here. we cross shopped multiple other jewelry stores and JH was still the cheapest by far.
