“I called at 7:52 in desperate need of a part when they closed at 8. Tracy said sure, no problem, I’ll wait. Not only did her and Karson wait but she had both options on counter waiting for me and they were both super friendly. They didn’t act the least bit upset or put out. So crucial because I couldn’t miss work the next day. I’d drive from anywhere in Madison county for this store.”

“I knew I had a tail light out. I didn't get the associates name, but he went above and beyond what I expected. I was going to purchase a tool to help pull a few pins to release the carpet in the trunk. Instead he provided me with tools and even helped me change the bulb.”
