“I dropped off a U-Haul rental here about two weeks ago and they were great. The rental agreement was not done properly at the point of origin and I am not familiar with the process, so I was not aware. When I dropped off the rental, they told me I owed more money, which ended up being more than I had paid when I originally rented the truck. To say the least, I was unhappy. I told the lady I was not angry with her at all, but with the people where I picked up the truck. She did all she could to get it as low as she could, but I still had to pay a difference. I certainly give them 5 stars for being so nice and understanding of my situation and helping to get the difference as low as possible.”
