“Affordable storage units. They are easily accessible at any time due to the locked gate with pin that you choose. The unit we have currently is clean, no webs, spiders or any bugs really. They are well lit at night when we had to bring more loads and they mail you a receipt when you choose to may by debit card each month.”

“Update: I have deleted a previous review for those that saw it. Ethan called me and reassured me that my initial impression of Robin Rents being a company that values its customers is indeed true and offered to refund the $160 charge for scaffolding that I held over a day past my contract. I can sympathize with the clerk that was just doing his job and following the letter of the contract, but a little customer service goes a long way. That is the biggest thing that will draw me to ANY business or establishment. Treat your customers like family and do right by them and you’ll have a customer for life. Lesson to all business owners, Huntsville is growing at an unprecedented rate; maintaining that small town feel is still the most important thing to me, not the money, Ethan accomplished that with one phone call. Good job RR.”
