“I recently had new tires and an alignment done at another shop that I thought was reputable, but the alignment was terrible-my 2008 Toyota Tacoma actually drove worse than before. I wasn't happy at all.
The next morning I called Dan Ray Tires and spoke with Jon. I explained what happened and what I needed, and he was eager to help. As soon as I arrived, he got my truck on the rack. His alignment was spot on-he even showed me the readings on the alignment machine and give me a print out. Now my 2008 Toyota Tacoma drives perfectly!

“I’ve been using Roy’s Tires for four years and it has always been a pleasure going there; welcoming smiles, personal attention, and a nice place to sit and wait if you can’t go home and return later. My Mitsubishi always received the best service, and the prices were always reasonable. Sometimes they went above and beyond like the time that the mechanic called me into the garage to answer all my questions about my tires, and gifted me with a stick gauge. It was a nice gesture.
After four years I am moving now to another part of Alabama, and I wish I could take Roy’s Tires with me because it’s difficult to find an excellent mechanic that is also honest and communicative. Thank you all.”
“Best Mechanic and automotive shop in this area owner Antonio is awesome and never charge you what these other shops would and they have one mechanic who knows his way round the cars I've seen him come back to work after they were over loaded with work and push out 10 cars alone and they also have another mechanic not so much fond of him at all Chris is his name I believe every car he does fix they have to bring it back to be fixed all over again by theain mechanic think his name is Zac

They found the miss to be a loose plug wire. Fixed the problem in minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars. I am certain the dealership in my hometown would of put the screws to me. We were fortunate to find Roadmart at the first need and have been coming here for most auto related services since then.

“I went to Gilland to have an issue with my passenger reardoor lock actuator replaced under CSP 20M04. The lock would not lock or unlock electricly, it would work manualy. I want to thank Amanda Howell for how she treated my wife and myself discussing this issue. She and Shannon made us feel that our issue was important and our business was valued. I took my F150 in today for the repair, and I can not have been more pleased with how they addressed the issue in a very timely manner. The technician did an outstanding job. The panels were clean and back in place without any issue. Gilland will get my future work. Thank you for showing us what customer service is all about.”

“The thermostat in my Acadia went out and I was stuck without a vehicle. I called Matt in the service department, explained the issue and he was able to trouble shoot the problem on the phone! Since it was stuck open I was able to bring it to the dealership. He had an opening and got the vehicle right in and fixed without an issue! You can buy a GM vehicle anywhere but when you buy here you also get a top notch service department! Bonus!!! Thanks Matt.”

“Went back to Road Mart in Midland City, AL. Started notice a problem with tire ware. Jonathan told me to pull on in and got Blake, their alignment tech to check things out. Found out I had a bushing wore out gone bad, and was pushing truck out of alignment. Again I got lucky to where they were not busy (no appointment scheduled) and was able to get me right in and start fixing the problems. Unfortunately this time had to wait on parts but next morning got the parts and fixed the problem and again put truck back into a proper 3 axle alignment. They even helped me with a water coolant problem I was having. Got me fixed and fixed right, Thanks Again guys!!! Super great guys”
