“Arick is an exceptional young man who works at the 2491 McFarland Blvd Ste F, Northport, AL. O’Reilly‘s Auto Parts. He not only found a workaround parts to convert an old Trailer connector that could not be done with the recommended solution, this due to limitations of wiring. But he also took the trouble to install parts I purchased for the a workaround solution. He explained it to me just like he would to any 59-year-old man, but sensed my squeamish reception. All, who know me, take the tool from my hand near anything mechanical, like a good friend would take the keys from a drunk with intentions to drive. Arick Is the proverbial unicorn that is rarely, if ever, seen in a retail and service positions. I hope O’Reilly auto parts knows that this young man is a credit to their company. The managers and owners of businesses that I associate with, would trade their top three employees for one of him.”

“I bought a battery 6 months ago and it won’t hold a charge. The guy said it was brand new. I’m going to take it in on Monday and try to get it rectified. I will post more later. Sept 2 I went to Dixie battery and Omar replaced my battery without no objections and no runaround. I have updated my 1 star to 4 stars.”

“I’m really in tears writing this. My car didn’t want to move forward and when it did it acted like it was lunching. I knew I had trouble when my engine light came one. I was across the street from O Rilley on Mitt Lary Road. They check my engine and gave me a speedy reply. With a print out. They were more than helpful. I can’t thank the young man enough that helped me”
