“After being out of the gym for over two years I have been on a weigh loss journey the last year. After loosing over 80lbs and recovering from multiple fractured vertebrae I was ready to get back but apprehensive.I came in and met with Andrew and Kevin, after a quick talk I knew this was the gym for me. I’m one month in and these guys are awesome! An amazing source of knowledge that they WANT to empower you with!Then I quickly became part of the gym family! It’s been great getting to know more people everyone at different places in there journey but no one judging just encouraging.I’ve been here a month now and it’s became addictive not to work out as much as just to be around my new family!”
“I am almost 75 years old. I walked in yesterday to see about an exercise program. I have NEVER been treated so wonderfully as I was from the two lovely young ladies at the front desk. They were sooooo kind and nice, and answered all my questions. They introduced me to a young male trainer who was also kind and helpful. He took me through the facility explaining everything as we passed. I knew that this was where I was to be. They gave me a membership using my SilverSneakers benefit. I HIGHLY recommend NorthRidge Fitness Center for anyone wanting a special place to exercise and workout. I especially recommend NorthRidge Fitness as a perfect place for senior citizens. You will love the staff, the facility and the environment. I give it a 5-star!!”
