So if it's your first time working out in years or you run every day, it'll still be a good fit!! The facility is clean and the coaches/staff are so kind and encouraging. “9 Rounds is a great workout! I love that there are no set class times, I can go in at anytime and start a workout. They are full body workouts with variety and a trainer to help you through it. At a normal gym I would do cardio for 30 min to an hour, but a treadmill or elliptical gets very monotonous. At 9 Rounds I am excited to go and the change of workouts keeps it interesting! They motivate you to push yourself harder! And I get cardio plus toning at the same time!”

“The first time I saw Tru Fit 24/7. It wasn't from the YouTube video. It's from the mail that they sent on October 2012. And there's something that's even more surprising: the day that it first opened was on my birthday: October 4th. I was turning 19 at the time and my sister and I went there to get a membership. (For me, of course.) I was so excited to work out there, which was fun. I been there for a few times until I let my keychain expired. I have to get it renewed for $30”

“So as others I read the reviews and do my research. I was from this area many years ago and was back for good. I want to join a gym so I started to research and found that Planet Fitness was the one !! I looked in the area because Crunch Fitness was close to my house, i found that Planet fitness was the one to hit all my needs. From tanning to massage chairs of every kind really hit home for me. I have very, very bad knees with one of my knee caps sitting on the outside of my knee ( I played soccer for 11 yrs. I was hard core being from Va.) So hard core as a goalie, i had the inside of my left knee kicked because she missed the ball. (1989 Pelham/Mt. Broom) Yes, i was a freshman in high school, took first string goalie, i went to the hospital, sports Meds. Well we can say I never had surgery until I graduated in 1992. OK, back to the review!! This gym took all my information to heart, how to help me being in my 50's now. They helped with a every angle !!! Hannah is who i met first, super cute and fun. She helped me find massage chairs settings while i waited to tan. That massage was a amazing!! I got done with everything a saw the manager sitting and working. Michelle is top notch!! She cares and welcomed me to the family. We discussed my knee and what my package that I had purchased covers.......dang nab it.....i can get personal care work outs for my knee. I am so ready!! Sign me up.....I think she said Craig? It doesn't matter, as I found a warm feeling as I was welcomed to the family. Thank you so much Michelle and Hannah!! You are truly amazing people!!!
I totally think everyone should join Planet Fitness!!! What a wonderful welcome and a welcome to the family!!!

“I have been going to Crunch for close to four years. I love how they have so much equipment. Typically it's reasonably clean excluding the bathrooms. There is almost always toilet paper pieces on the bathroom floor. One time a piece stuck to my shoes and I crossed the entire gym before noticing, a miracle no one saw! As long as you avoid the busy hours, it's a great gym. If they do have broken equipment, it typically takes them awhile to repair/replace it. Jordan, Xavier and Taylor are great employees, always a greeting from these guys!”

“I was worried when I first entered the building because I have low vision, but the trainer was very helpful to me. It was my first visit and the trainer took his time to show me each round. The workout was intense, but in the long run, beneficial. I left there tired and sweaty, but it was a great workout and was much needed. I will definitely be back for more!!”
