My late father-in-law had trouble finding a pharmacy that would take his regular/life insurance that He had had for so several years back, but Northport Pharmacy was right on the ball with his every need.
I talked to the pharmacist ( I did not quite catch her name lol) and a sweet girl Saturday this morning, she had brunette/blonde hair and was so accommodating to our every need(given the circumstances?)), and she told me that you could catch her there on Tuesdays and Thursdays? even when I needed some probiotics, when I didn’t know where to find them in the store, she helped me
. The employees helped me find exactly what I was looking for?.
Northport Pharmacy is the real deal, and even though I am an elderly lady, consider getting your prescription filled with them!!”
“The experience was pretty good. I was able to find what I needed and those items I wanted quickly and was in and out in 20 minutes. Had I gone to the regular Walmart I'd be stuck in a long checkout line. If you need just grocery items, toiletries and a few pharmacy items, this is great. South Florida needs these.”

I made an awful mistake, I have intense epilepsy and I’ve been having seizures frequently lately and I slept a lot today and I over spelt closing time of my regular CVS on 69S (8pm) we left my house at 9:15 and they rushed my medication ready and it was ready when I got there !! You guys are awesome !! Thank you SO MUCH for that !!!”
“Only pharmacy in town that consistently has my medication every single time. Makes filling my meds go from a nightmare that drains all my energy once a month to being remotely stress free (I say remotely because I wish it was closer to where I live). Truly amazing and adding my complicated insurance to my profile while i was in line was actually not another headache I had to deal with.”

“Leaving bad reviews for a business is not my style and I usually cringe at people who leave them, but the experience here impacted the health and safety of a beloved dog family member.
Putting 5 stars just so it doesn’t affect their rating, but here’s the honest review :
The communication between techs/pharmacists and to the people they’re serving was very lacking as far as my experience went over two days, two visits, and 4 phone calls.
My pet had an urgent need for the medicine he was prescribed and there was a delay, which was understandable. But after that delay, I called to see if I needed to make other arrangements to get him his needed medicine and a pharmacist or tech told me directly that they DID have the medication and they would fill within hours. I depended on that information being true.
It wasn’t true and I wasn’t notified.
If they had given the correct information, I could have and would have made other arrangements for his care or had the medicine transferred to another pharmacy during normal vet and pharmacy hours.
Some of the staff is friendly and helpful, but if you’re depending on clear communication about availability and fill times, I recommend building a customer relationship with a locally owned pharmacy instead because there is a drastic difference.
The misinformation given by this pharmacy turned a $40 medication refill into an expensive and stressful after hours emergency vet visit that wouldn’t have been necessary otherwise”

“I visited the Northport store today in your Photo Dept. I received excellent help from Allysa ( I hope I spelled her name correct). She was very kind and caring. She went overly out of her way to see that my pictures were correctly processed.
I am 72 years old and not up on electronics so I really appreciated her taking time also from her other responsibilities. She is a great asset to the Store.”
