Shelby Schmidt has been the biggest help I've ever had at a bank. They made sure I understood everything and took the time to make sure they understood what my concerns and thoughts were.

I have loved everything about PNC. They are super friendly and helpful. The on-line bill pay transition when they took over my old bank was seamless.

Not a particular fan of PNC as a company, but the folks at this branch are always very friendly and helpful. Banks have worked really hard to alienate their customers, but the folks here combat that effort with their helpful attitudes and friendly smiles.
