“We are very grateful for the services provided to us, from Brittany P, at the Northport Location. She made us feel welcome and she was compassionate during the periods of anxiety we experienced from problems with our account. If anyone deserves advancement, it is this young lady. Thank you”

“I’ve had a great experience with Woodforest National Bank. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional, and they make banking feel easy and convenient. I appreciate the customer service and how willing they are to answer questions and help with anything I need. Overall, I’m happy with my experience and would recommend Woodforest to others.”
“Ms Tamika is the absolute best. Very kind and always professional, extremely intelligent. She remembered my name and it’s been at least a year or two.”
“Teller, Ms.Rose with the Northport branch was soooooo helpful to sort out my banking card with my granddaughter’s account. And she assisted me to get a new card for my account. The other teller was training and Ms. Rose had a line of customers waiting. She was very patient with me. I came in the bank on 11/19/25 very frustrated and walked out smiling. High Five to Ms. Rose!!

“We've been with PNC for a little while, but in our experience, we've had quite good service. Shelby Schmidt was great at helping us set up our account, Tammy always says hi and is very accommodating to help where she can, and Maggie is always spot-on to help and get us good info with which to make our decisions. Absolutely no complaints at all.”

“Oh my gosh! Some of my favorite moments of my week come from doing my business/personal banking at Huntington Branch. Lisa, Kelly, Katlin, Carson and others give me the biggest welcome and personal touch, I recommend them to anyone that will listen to do their banking at the this branch. My five star favorite and #1 trusted partners.”
