“I went to boost mobile store after having major unforgivable issues with cricket. Shell was there to help me out and was absolutely the best ever. She sympathized with me on why my cricket phone was having issues, she pointed out some great products boost had and didn't pressure me at all in switching she gave me great advice and told me step by step how the process worked to switch and keep my number.She absolutely made my day better, and she's the reason I have boost. I don't think any other person would have been able to switch me like she did. She cared, but did not put unnecessary pressure on me which made me feel welcome and appreciated, which is more than I can say for cricket. Every time I go to pay my bill, shell is there and greets me so kindly and always remembers me and my name! That's customer service!!!!!!!!!!I've never had such great service anywhere else and I've held phones with cricket, Verizon, straight talk, at&t, and more over the years. I've been recommending boost to my friends but only if they go in there when Shell is there. I trust that woman with alot, and boost mobile is going to lose me as a customer if they lose her as an employee because she's absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! “Could have sworn this is about the third time I've written a review for this place (in my head). As far as Walmarts go, this one is actually really pretty good. It just kind of feels a little cleaner, a little neater, a little bit better organized. Not sure why, maybe it's a little newer than most locations?? Staff are always friendly, typically only interact with them if you are checking out, but they are friendly when you interact. Shelves are stocked well and have all the typical Walmart stuff you would expect to find at typically really good price points. Good place to shop for seasonal stuff (usually found near or in the outdoor area). Keep in mind, since it's a supercenter, you have everything available here. Pharmacy, plant and garden center, electronics, clothing, household, automotive, painting, crafts as well as food (fresh meats, fruits/veggies, bakery, and all the boxed and canned foods too). All in all, this one is a good one to shop at, but like any Walmart, depending on when you go, you may have to park a mile away if you go at a prime time.”
“I came to this location for internet service (not a current cellular customer) and had the best experience. There were 4 people working, everyone acknowledged and greeted me when I walked in and they were all so friendly. Octavia worked with me setting up my internet. She was very helpful and went out of her way to answer all my questions and made the entire process so simple, she took care of everything. I was in and out in 20 minutes and immediately had internet when I got home. Truly the best customer service I have had in a long time and very satisfied with my internet service so far.”
“After 2 years my phone died so I returned for a new one .The young man was so helpful and had my new phone up and all my contacts transfered ,even took the time to key in some contacts that didn't ..Definitely would recommend this place .I hope management appreciates this young man .Good customer service is rare these days.This young man deserves recognition.”
“The town meeting hall... this is the place to come to see or be seen... Walmart is the social hub. It is very amazing to me the amount of people who just are standing around talking here. I mean for long periods of time... shoppers and employees alike! It is like a gathering.I mean it's Walmart. Make a play date or something for Gods sake! Just let us serious shoppers get around and get what we need.Walmart is the place that has most everything at a decent price. No exception here. This particular store was well kept and neat. Still can't find employees and when you do you'll be lucky if they are chit chatting. Shooting the breeze without a care in the world... getting paid to gossip.We all know why we shop at Walmart... price and convenance. Simple but an extremely effective draw.”

“I went to the Leeds store after a disatourous visit to the Trussville location just hours earlier with the worst customer service I had ever had. The new phone I received in Trussville was not working so I came into the Leeds store for help. Katherine was so friendly right off the bat. I had been so upset and frustrated by my Trussville visit, but she was just wonderful and turned my mood around. Turns out the other store and associate never activated the new Sim card. Katherine restored my hope that Verizon could give good customer service. She was wonderful. I will go to this location from now on.”
