“I have never had such great service as I did from Jennifer today! She was absolutely amazing! My husband bought a new iPad for me yesterday while getting a new phone for himself. She was not able to get TCC to enable/swap my old iPad phone line on a Sunday. So Jennifer worked diligently with a TCC CSR ( she could not give us her name), and I came home with a fully functioning top-of-the-line iPad. She also taught me a few things about my phone and service.
