“Had a very good experience at the Marvyn Parkway branch.I inquired about a credit card, and within 30 minutes, I had a new credit card in my hand.I was very impressed with Jason, my loan officer, who did a super fast job, along with Crystal, who is a great service rep and has a great personality!Also, Lissy, the head teller, took care of the transaction, in record time, she is very professional!Everyone here is super nice along with the great people at the Pepperell Parkway branch who take care of my other needs.”

“Tellers are competant and amenable. Patsy is probably the most experienced (and friendly) teller you want if you have more than an average request. All, in all, I like this bank with a personal touch like homemade wrapped brownies at the door, but a loan manager pretty much stiffed me with a fairly hefty fee once, after I had loyally held the financial instrument for years. He didn't have to. Banks are what banks are. So overall, the nice feel of local bank on the average.”

“This review is for this branch only, not SouthState as a whole (my complaints about their app don't belong here). I have had good experiences whenever I've needed to visit this location, and both the tellers and bankers have been friendly and helpful. Today, Mr. Dowdell, one of the bankers, was able to quickly and easily take care of a fee for me. The service at this location and others in the area are why I remain a SouthState customer after more than a decade and two bank mergers.”
