The teller that assisted me I hate that I cannot remember her name but she did cash a check for me from a law firm she was the most respectful nicest sweet young lady, made me feel very comfortable and not like I did not belong not like a lot of places in Alabama. I will get her name and post it later.

I've had nothing but good experiences since using this Bank. I only wish that they were still open on Saturdays!

No where near the customer service of the previous Charter Bank. The new company has a lot to learn about customer service and support.
