“Place is older, and the rooms look really refurbished. My problem was that the pool looks like that it hasn't been cleaned out, with a decent amount of their little flower things in the pool, and a dead cockroach at the bottom. Unless the pool gets cleaned out, I would not recommend that. The excerise room, which I don't see often, looked very clean. Overall, the hotel is a really nice and comforting place. It's just when you get out to the pool, you may see a bug or two.”

The location is safe and relaxed. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
The motel was very clean, the room, bed and bathroom were comfortable, and the amenities: television, refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioner were all in good working order.
There are plenty of things to do with restaurants and shopping centers nearby.
The Grille Restaurant is within the Motel 6 parking lot, and we had a ton of good food for breakfast at a very reasonable price.
Definitely I would recommend this motel to others, and I would absolutely stay at the Opelika Motel 6 whenever in Opelika.”

“Inexpensive. Relatively clean. Nice staff. Caveat: no elevator to 2nd floor. Very sure to ask for a room on the ground floor if needed. A little noisy at night but not too bad.”
