“The staff is outstanding. I stayed for a couple months for work.Rooms: Basic studio is what I stayed in. It had a fridge, stove, dining table, recliner chair, foot bench and bed. No plates, pans, utensil, or cups. Walmart is close by for the purchase of such necessities.Food & drinks: Plenty of nearby restaurants and fuel.Noteworthy details: All the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I had two service dogs and it was nice speaking with Ms. Stasha about her dogs. If I’m required to return for work, I will be staying here again. ~Rex”

“Highly recommend no one use this hotel. Front desk service is terrible, manager doesn’t know what she’s doing, gym is supposedly 24/7 and open, yet when I spoke to a front desk person, they said it was closed. Next day when I try again, still locked and the manager says there’s nothing she can do about it. To add on top of that, the food for breakfast was spoiled and absolutely terrible. If I could rate this zero I would.”

“Spent a couple of nights here. Found the unit to be very clean and comfortable. What stood out for me was Sydney, the young lady that checked us in. She was very friendly and personable. A very nice and helpful employee.”

“Good location, clean rooms and staff was very nice...however, why is it hotels have a problem with late checkout? Esp when you are premium member and 'supposed' to get one when requested? Ok, you were 'full', they can't clean all the rooms at once.They did offer us 1 hour and we took it (only option) but we really needed 1 1/2 hours. No can do and it was an immediate answer - didn't check anything so it's my guess that's their standard answer. Disappointing but not a deal breaker - everything else was solid. Breakfast, attitude, cleanliness...but maybe a little extra when a late checkout is needed. We travel to Auburn frequently and sometimes a later checkout would really help. Still a passing grade - all things considered - of B+.”

“I am not usually a review type of person but the less than favorable reviews for this location made me a nervous wreck. I booked this location by accident, as I thought I had booked the Quality Inn by the mall. By the time I realized the mistake it was too late to cancel. Season AU football ticketholder and AUMB mom in town for homecoming/ parents weekend. I would definitely stay here again. I came in fearing a Clarion type of experience and was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was spotless, the young women at the desk was friendly and helpful. My 1st floor room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The mattresses felt and appeared to fairly new. The location is perfect for me as my son lives 1 mile away. When you come in for every home game you spend a small fortune on hotels and I try to stick to one brand so I can use points for the "big" game weekends. I think I might actually prefer this location over the mall because the rooms face interior hallways and as a women traveling alone I felt very safe. I hope this review helps other AU parents.”

Nestled in a tranquil setting, the accommodations boasted incredibly cozy beds dressed in luxurious linens that promised a night of blissful sleep. Each morning, we were greeted with a sumptuous and wholesome breakfast spread that could easily rival a feast for a football team!Our family had the pleasure of staying in the quaint Pat Dye cottage, a charming separate unit on the property. It was an ideal choice for families, offering two well-appointed rooms. The first room featured a grand king-size bed, while the second room served as a multifunctional space with a kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, a dining space, and innovative bunk beds built into the wall. Both rooms were equipped with televisions, en-suite bathrooms complete with bathtub-shower combos, top-of-the-line Dyson hairdryers, an abundance of plush towels, and luxurious bath products. They even had two Tesla chargers in the parking lot.The outdoor spaces added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Surrounded by Japanese maples, pecan trees and camellias. We had a blast with unique activities like axe throwing, relaxing by the fire pits, swinging on the porch swings, and unwinding in the hammocks. The service here was exceptionally warm and attentive, striking a perfect balance between being helpful and giving us space.This little gem exudes Southern charm at its finest, making it a top recommendation from us. Whether you’re looking for a family getaway or a delightful escape with friends, this place is a splendid choice. The warmth and comfort it offers are simply unmatched!Walkability: Just a few blocks from the center of downtown Auburn.Noteworthy details: Two Tesla chargers available.”
