“My husband and I stayed here for our 17th wedding anniversary and it was the absolute best hotel experience. Let me start at the beginning.
The online booking process was accomplished with no problems. Once everything was booked, we received a message notifying us a few complimentary upgrades that were available. Upon arrival we were treated as though we were the most important guests there. The valet were complete gentlemen. After the vehicle was parked, Ms. Subrina greeted us and took on a tour of this fabulous hotel.
The room, the Library with freshly squeezed juices and hand crafted hors d'oeuvres was pure elegance. The room with ability to have music throughout truly enhanced the stay.
This was the first stay, but will not be the last.”

“Our go to place in Auburn. Owners are great and around to assure the hotel runs well. This is a boutique hotel - if you want a branded hotel, this isn’t it. They have coffee in the AM and two, cool bars with a great porch.”
“Let me start this off by saying how wonderful and amazing the staff is at this Tru by Hilton Auburn location. My stay last weekend for Labor Day was unexpected and yet I was very thankful that I was able to find any hotel especially my favorite on short notice, which is Tru I was greeted by an exceptional front desk, worker Mr. Neutron, after a long and full night of gambling in the casinos in Alabama. His manager, Miss Kimberly Jackson was even more a delight to deal with as well. I definitely suggest that you make this the top priority place to stay if you are in Auburn Alabama area. I am actually going to the Auburn Alabama home game this Saturday (yes, unexpectedly again was blessed with some tickets) and if I have to just unexpectedly spend the night from all the cheering and fun I’ll be experiencing. I will definitely be going to my favorite location Tru by Hilton in Auburn. Thank you, again Mr. Neutron and Miss Kimberly Jackson for making my stay at Tru so pleasant!!”

“Have very great Service at the front desk, the housekeeping is very nice. They keep everything clean when they come in my room. I don’t never have to take my trash out. Everybody’s just so nice. It makes me feel so comfortable while I’m staying here.”
“This location was easy to find. If you're showing up after hours, late night, you'll have to call to get let in. Doors stay closed for safety unless you've got a keycard. Nice lobby. Nice room. Comfortable bed and clean restroom too. Nice pillows too.”

“Really enjoyed the stay. Room was really clean and smelled good and nit to mention everything worked. Lobby even smelled really goid when we checked in and checked out. Very close to downtown Auburn and Jordan Hare stadium so that was a plus. Will definitely stay here again in a few months when football season starts, War Eagle!??????”

Was on the road for 7+ hours and decided to stay at this hotel for the night.
Great experience from a very friendly staff when checking in. The room is really nice and comfy to stay even on long stays.

“We stayed here for a long weekend while getting our college student settled into his new housing, so it was a bit of a bittersweet empty-nest weekend for us! The hotel was very comfortable, felt new and clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
A special thank you to Danny (Daniel?) at the front desk, who went out of his way to help my husband with some of our heavier things. I believe he mentioned he’s a college student himself. Dark hair, really nice young man, and exactly the kind of thoughtful service we will remember.
We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families visiting their students. And judging by the number of guests from the neighboring hotel who seemed to migrate over at breakfast time, I think we picked the right place!”

“The location was ideal, and the rooms very large and thoughtfully appointed. The mini Dyson hair dryer, and chocolates on the bedside table were much appreciated. The real treat was Kylia. We had to leave early and she packed us a delicious breakfast of homemade granola, fresh berries and perfectly cooked eggs. Would definitely recommend.”
