Piggly Wiggly in Opelika is a very old and worn grocery store, but it is loved by many. The employees are friendly, helpful, and seem happy to be there. The store is known for its excellent pork, chicken, and sausage sections, and it carries a wide variety of smoked items. It also has local items that no one else has. Customers can save money using the Pig Deals app, which offers a free item each week, and there is a senior discount on Wednesday. However, the facility is dated, the beef selection is limited, and the meat cooler could use a cleaning. Some customers wish it offered specific items like a particular sweet tea.

Opelika pig is always clean and organized. Everytime that I go shopping it is well stocked and the meat counter is fresher with better selection than some other pigs that I shop in.

Its an older store but they get you out pretty quick.
