  1. Wright's Market - 603 Pleasant Dr

603 Pleasant Dr, Opelika AL 36801

    4.7 Superb 169 reviews

“This was my first experience shopping at Wright’s Market. I used the online ordering feature on their website. The feature was easy to navigate and it was very convenient to “shop from home”. I’m a disabled senior citizen so being able to shop online and do curbside pickup or delivery is a lifesaver for me. My order was filled quickly. When I arrived at the store the gentleman who loaded my groceries was courteous, friendly, and explained why a couple of things I’d ordered were unavailable. The items were well packed and he took extra care loading them into my car (very important when you’ve purchased eggs and bread). The prices are outstanding and the service was great. It was an all-around pleasant experience. It’s a big two thumbs up from me!”

“(Translated by Google) Excellent! They have a very wide assortment, the service is friendly and warm. The only thing I'm not giving it 5 stars for is the saturation in the two cash registers they have, we are a lot of people on the weekend and some time is wasted, but that's all!(Original)Excelente! Tienen de tooooodo muy surtido, el servicio es amable y cálido. Lo único por lo que no le doy las 5 estrellas es por la saturación en las dos cajas para cobrar que tienen, somos muchas personas el fin de semana y se pierde algo de tiempo, pero solo eso!”

“For being out a little further than in town it's a great place to stop in the heat for free air conditioning and a stroll through the isles with kind courtesy and the willingness to provide the customer with what they need or want in the store or at the gas pumps. Considering it's no Love's Truck stop off the interstate. The kindness makes up for everything, and the willingness to help you find an alternative to what you need that they don't carry is remarkable. I'm so grateful Liberty was open when I needed cold water and a cool place to be for a few minutes on a hot day. Thanks for the kindness when it was needed most. I was ready to fall into tears and the nice gentleman made my tearful thoughts vanish with his fun attitude and kind words. I am most grateful ?.”

“Yesterday, 08/20/2026, was a very, very, VERY hard day for me. I felt like every thing in and about was crumbling. I went to Krogers first and then i went to the Krogers gas station. After paying dmd pumping my gas. My car died, and msn it was hottttt. I somewhat felt embarrassed because i was holding up the line , but i asked the gentleman (Bill, whim i later learned) who was working if he’d let others know my car wasn’t working. He nit only dud that, but he’d come by the car every few moments just to talk to keep my spirits up, and i appreciated that because the spirits were low. And then Heather (whom I also learned later), she came out of the cashier’s booth to check if I was ok. Later on, after still sitting there, she brought me a cold bottle of water. In a world these days where you hear more unpleasantry than none, it felt so good to be treated with kindness and patience. If you’re ever at the Kroger’s gas station, tell Bill and Heather helloooo and give them some well wishes because Krogers did their big one having those two aboard the team…..”

“Store 6519 Ms Wendy and Ms Tonya have the best store hands down... I was shocked at how stocked and clean it was and how it had way more than the Dr general by my house has and a lot of different products... I do believe I'll drive the extra miles to visit this store more often.. they have fun and treat the customers like family... I'm really shocked by this store cause most are understaffed, cluttered, messy, and un navigable... I'm very impressed”
