“We had a service man come out on an emergency with our home, his name is Mr.John from Opp Al. He was so nice to us and helped us out so much with our home and hot water heater! He explained everything to us that needed to be explained to us in our home. You can’t any better treatment and customer service! We appreciate him for being on call and coming to our rescue! “My husband and I walked into RAC on Wednesday afternoon to look at washers and dryers. We found a set we liked and told the man we would be back the following day with my check stub. On Thursday after lunch, Mr. Hunter called and asked me if we were still coming to finish the paperwork for the washer and dryer. When we arrived at RAC, they already had everything set up from all the paperwork to what time they would deliver the following day. All I had to do was sign and pay the first payment. My husband and I are very pleased with the entire experience.”
