“What I’ve noticed with most reviews among different ISP Providers is most people won’t hesitate to jump on the review section ONLY when they’ve had a bad experience. It’s a rare occasion that you will see a positive review because people are mentally trained to run to the Internet and blast a company but will not take a few minutes to give some positive experiences because when everything is fine, no one thinks to drop a good note. Review sections are just a dumping ground for people to vent and sometimes exaggerate their experience(s). I like to have my own experience as I’ve found no matter the reviews I’ve found positive experiences from stores, restaurants and ISP’s such as Mediacom where others want to give zero stars. I’m here to say I’ve rarely had an issue in the last 7 years with MediaCom’s service. There are outages that happen beyond the control of the company itself. Construction, Sewer services, electric companies, etc play into outages for all. Those that would give zero stars if they could make me say I would give Mediacom 10 Stars if I could!!”
