“Only reason I took a star away is because I bought a phone from T-Mobile and it malfunctioned the same day and simply broke by itself 3 months later. I know they receive the phones from Apple so it’s not their fault but I still got it from T-Mobile regardless and the fact that their only option is for me to get it fixed somewhere or buy a new phone kinda sucks. However…a wonderful team works here. I went in crying and walked out smiling…with a higher bill of course.”

Kelvin was very patient and kind while trying to get her the best deal he could. He went above and beyond by helping her set up an email and teaching her how to use it.
