“Good experience completing a phone exchange. However, poor experience with the screen protector. An initial employee placed a protector on, but because it had bubbles near the top, she said that if it remained an issue that I could come in and get a new one for free. Later, when I did so, a different employee had a passive aggressive attitude, put on the wrong screen protector, and placed it on slightly crooked. The poor customer service makes me not want to return.Update: before 3 stars, now 5 stars. The manager Andrew fully rectified my experience with the screen protector and compensated me with the correct one. He also gave excellent customer service. I am very happy with the final experience and highly recommend.”
