“I joined Anytime Fitness in April of 2018 and going on 4 years , it is my second home. The instructors are professional and will always modify an exercise if you request it or if they sense that it is too difficult for you. I’m the oldest woman in a class of 20+ age women. Everyone is so supportive of one another and you will find that Anytime Fitness is not only a gym but an extended family. It is truly good for physical and mental health. You can always request a 7 day free trial. I have referred several people to our gym including my silver sneaker friends and relatives.”
