So tired of waiting hours along with the constant mess ups. Then, getting poor attitudes from pharmacy employees when they are upset because people ask them questions. They are unable to tell you anything. No timeframe for prescriptions, and then when they do it’s wrong. Not helpful at all. Have to get mad before they’ll pretend to help. This has been my only pharmacy during my adult life, but I’m finally switching. I can’t deal with it anymore.

This will be my last month using them I'll be contacting corporate and an attorney.I called too check on my medicine because Monday the lady said today.Who ever I spoke too today thought that they hung the phone up and didn't.Im not going into details about what all they said.It was very unethical and hurtful.They have cameras and it was 8 in the morning on Wednesday.So when someone loses there job and will and my lawyer will be in charge of the rest they don't need too blame me.

The Hampton Cove AL Walgreens was extremely clean, well maintained and very friendly and helpful associates working there. Next time I visit I’ll be sure to go there for my needs.

Shout to the best employee at Walgreens!! I had a problem that was my fault and Dawson was so patient and helpful! He was able to find a lower price and was so dedicated to working on the request on the computer to get things worked out for me! Thank you so much, Dawson!!!

Nice, clean, location. Lighting is good. Big store. Amy helped one day and was sweet. Another young man asked me how I was when I was feeling blue and was very kind! I recommend this location. One of the better ones!

I am so disappointed in the pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription, was notified hours later it was delayed. I called to find out how delayed it was, only to find out it wouldn’t be available for three days. This was medication for post surgical care - not something that could wait three days. No one called or even an automated message with specific details of what “delayed” meant. When I called, they told me there was no way for them to see if any other Walgreens had the medication in stock and that I could call other Walgreens locations and then call back and have the prescription transferred. (?) I picked up my prescription and had it filled elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

The people are nice, but unfortunately understaffed in Pharmacy. Had a 5:15 flu shot app. Checked in at 5:05. Did not get shot until 5:40

Worst drug store I’ve ever been to. Pharmacy employees were extremely rude.
