I called to get information about the bank, lady who answered put me on hold and no one ever picked up. The bank might be ok but they need a big improvement in customer service.

I love Truist. I am old and technology absolutely stymies me at times. I normally take my problems to Danielle Dark and hippy-skippy she solves them. Everyone there is pleasant and efficient every single time.
