“The Regions tellers in the drive thru at Oxford Alabama location across from Quintard Mall are very professional, attentive, & expedient. I prefer to do my banking needs at this location.
Reason behind 4 stars.
A location in or around Heflin. 5o mile round trip from my home to Oxford location. There are 3 other financial institutions located within 5 blocks of my home. Convenience, requires change. Loyalty is earned & rewarded.
The other issue unresolved., remains important to me, but I've chosen to be complacent. So Only 2 concerns in 25+ yrs of banking with Regions.
A financial level plateau has been achieved , & for now will remain. .”
“Great credit union with awesome rates. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because the ATM at their Oxford branch is terrible. I stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon, the Thanksgiving weekend of 2022, to withdraw some cash. When my card was inserted, I performed the transaction as instructed but when it was done, the ATM card slot would not give my card back and it would not dispense the cash. I had to just snatch the card out of the slot forcefully in order to get it back and eventually it gave me the cash. It seemed like it was froze up or something, not sure what happened. I'm sure that ATM has had its fair share of abuse by those wanting to vandalize but it would great if they could replace or repair it. And it would also be super helpful and convenient if the institution would invest in more individual ATM kiosks at certain popular locations such as the Oxford exchange and maybe a kiosk in the Coldwater area. I believe having those would incredibly helpful for all members.”

“I have banked with America’s First for several years. Has always been a good bank. I’m giving 4 stars vs 5 because of the new call system. This bank has always felt more like a friendly home and now I must hold 8 minutes before even requesting a call back to ask a simple question. And the call back is from a call center in birmingham hours later vs the home feel of talking to who we see in the office and having easy access to ask questions about our account. I’m considering closing my account for this reason.”
“Small town bank. There is no drive thru ATM so it requires you to get out of your car to withdraw money. This location is near downtown Oxford so there are one way streets around which can make it confusing entering/exiting the business.”
