The most pleasant Home Depot experience..ever and that's with me going every day for 12 years. Kudos to management and the super friendly gentleman who directed me to the drill bits and the 2 ladies at checkout (although one was a Tide fan I can overlook that...GO DAWGS) Seriously yall renewed my faith in customer service. “Amazing experience. Old-time customer service that is so rare to find anymore, especially at box stores. We need to continue supporting our small town businesses like this. The guy in plumbing has helped me twice in two weeks and he is super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Took the time to explain different pipe sealant, help me find supplies for my new job, found me the right fittings and helped me unclog calcium out of my pipe assembly. Lowes needs to take a play from this man's book on customer service! I will definitely continue coming here for both my job and personal projects.
