My husband and I are a part of my family's Verizon plan. We ordered phones over the phone with customer service with my Mom there to validate everything. The rep gave us the option of picking them up at the Oxford Verizon store bc they had them in stock there ,so we wouldn't have to wait for them in the mail. Verizon sent my Mom's phone a text message the next day saying our phones were ready. My husband and I drove for thirty minutes to go get pick up our phones. We walked in the store and were greeted nicely but then when we told them we were there to pick up phones and gave my mom's name , they told us we couldn't pick them up without her physically being there . I told them I wasn't leaving without the phones that we already paid for. They said well we can't give them to you . I told them again , I paid and I am going to pick these phones up. THEN and only then , after demanding my phones ,they finally decide to tell us that my Mom could name one of us an administrator on the account without having to travel all the way there so that we would be able to pick up the phones . I told them maybe they should've named that option in the very first place before starting to get rude and unhelpful. They were NOT interested in helping or being nice even. They wanted us to leave bc they were going to close in an hour and a half. They handed us our bag with no offer of screen protectors or cases and told us to have a nice night . I asked if we were allowed to stay and switch them over ourselves so that we wouldn't have to go back to this store to send back our old phones and he said we could but they are closing in an hour and rushed us out the door. It was very unpleasant, everyone in there is rude, unhelpful and unwilling to do what they are hired to do. I enjoy Verizon's cell service and the customer service but the Oxford store makes Verizon look bad. All of these terrible reviews for this store dating back for years! This location needs new people with more training in customer service, communication and knowledge about phones .

Went here because of Verizon’s PATHETIC, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by phone, instant messaging and online! It TOOK OVER AN HOUR to get things straightened out. I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max online and they sent me an iPhone 15 Pro. ???♂️??♂️Tried for days to get it straightened out online by chatting with an agent and after more than 30 messages, I was getting a different idiot responding each time, all asking what can I help you with. After telling my situation multiple times, I gave up and called in. Agent promised to get everything corrected and was mailing out the correct phone and return label immediately and that I would receive it in 2 days. LIAR ? LIAR ? pants on fire. Another week goes by and nothing! Hence my visit to this Corporate location here today. I was also told it was going out today with 2 day shipping. We’ll see, but I ain’t holding my breath! ??

Extremely poor customer service. The staff had bad attitudes and didn’t care when we expressed our concerns. They simply rolled their eyes and laughed. Recommend calling Verizon customer service rather than going into this location. They are much more professional and courteous.

Had a problem with an e-mail account going to my phone. They couldn't fix it, but explained that it was a server problem, not a phone issue. Great employees!

The staff in this store acts so entitled they work at Verizon. I hope they get paid well as everyone deserves that but keeping your AirPods in and having me repeat my question over and over isn't okay. At least act like you care about my issue. of course my problem here wasn't solved. There was one staff member that seemed to be doing all the work. of course this isn't the one I got.Verizon phone customer service was very helpful and fast. You'd think the store would be better in person.A shame as soon as contract is up and I'm done with Verizon.

Most terrible Verizon location I have ever been to. ACTUALLY, MOST TERRIBLE BUSINESS LOCATION PERIOD!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The one in Alexander City was so much better than this one.

I have never experienced the level of incompetence I have dealt with Verizon. It took us three days to change our email. When I say three days, I am referring to working on it every day for three days. The email was changed, but I have yet to determine whose email they have; it is certainly not the one we gave them to use. I am now trying to get a receipt for Apple and, again, am experiencing total incompetence.

Walked in and stand there while employees glance at you but never inquire why you are there, sort of like hoping you would go away because they had all the business they needed. Hope I have better luck somewhere else.

Absolutely unethical people. Lied to my face about my phone being supported on the network just to try and upsell a new phone. They thought they had an easy mark, but I did my research first.

Verizon's priority is all about the sale sale sale. Greed motivates marketing strategy. Revamping required. Restocking fee is absurd. If a verizon customer needs nothing more than a new battery why should they be forced to purchase a phone?

If I could give you no stars I would your customer service option is terrible they attempt to rob you blind tell me how I’m supposed to be paying 101 a month but this month it is 243 for one single phone the service on my phone is terrible I mean terrible I would never. Recommended Verizon to anyone hands down the worst cellphone company to exist to top it off they wanted to lie and say I haven’t made all my payments but my bank. Stammers state otherwise so do what you please me I recommender cricket there so professional and know how to treat there customers and to make sure there satisfied

Garbage service, can't keep up with paper work, the manager Thomas tried to give me the number to the store instead of the number I asked for to the district manager. All I asked is for a print out of my receipt for a purchase of a new phone. Verizon is full of excuses.
