“I’ve been using Roy’s Tires for four years and it has always been a pleasure going there; welcoming smiles, personal attention, and a nice place to sit and wait if you can’t go home and return later. My Mitsubishi always received the best service, and the prices were always reasonable. Sometimes they went above and beyond like the time that the mechanic called me into the garage to answer all my questions about my tires, and gifted me with a stick gauge. It was a nice gesture.
After four years I am moving now to another part of Alabama, and I wish I could take Roy’s Tires with me because it’s difficult to find an excellent mechanic that is also honest and communicative. Thank you all.”

“Best Mechanic and automotive shop in this area owner Antonio is awesome and never charge you what these other shops would and they have one mechanic who knows his way round the cars I've seen him come back to work after they were over loaded with work and push out 10 cars alone and they also have another mechanic not so much fond of him at all Chris is his name I believe every car he does fix they have to bring it back to be fixed all over again by theain mechanic think his name is Zac

“Fantastic little shop, my truck transmission was starting to go out. Called them up to ask about rebuilding it and they gave me a quote right there. I said I’m looking at a transmission online to straight swap if that’s cheaper and they called out the exact transmission I was looking at and said they were garbage. Upon further review they were right. They said my truck would be done Wednesday if I dropped it off the prior Friday. And it was ready by Wednesday afternoon. No BS, no playing games, no busted timeline. Do recommend for all repairs that cannot be done at home.”
“Wish we had people like this where I live!Had a Chevy pick up with a noticeably miss. While visiting Ozark I took my truck by Heart of Dixie to have a look. They found the miss to be a loose plug wire. Fixed the problem in minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars. I am certain the dealership in my hometown would of put the screws to me. “I went to Gilland to have an issue with my passenger reardoor lock actuator replaced under CSP 20M04. The lock would not lock or unlock electricly, it would work manualy. I want to thank Amanda Howell for how she treated my wife and myself discussing this issue. She and Shannon made us feel that our issue was important and our business was valued. I took my F150 in today for the repair, and I can not have been more pleased with how they addressed the issue in a very timely manner. The technician did an outstanding job. The panels were clean and back in place without any issue. Gilland will get my future work. Thank you for showing us what customer service is all about.”

“The thermostat in my Acadia went out and I was stuck without a vehicle. I called Matt in the service department, explained the issue and he was able to trouble shoot the problem on the phone! Since it was stuck open I was able to bring it to the dealership. He had an opening and got the vehicle right in and fixed without an issue! You can buy a GM vehicle anywhere but when you buy here you also get a top notch service department! Bonus!!! Thanks Matt.”

“I have been looking for a Ford Maverick for over a year with no luck and lucky for me their website was down when 2 had been brought in and came back up the day I happened to look on their site. I had not found any in GA and decided to check in AL. I spoke with Robert Milton, who ended up working me by phone, and his manager Marlos. It was a 2 hr drive, but well worth the trip. Doing business with dealship even over the phone was hassle-free, and they had everything ready for me by the time I got there. They had found me a finance company and had spent the time looking for the best interest rate not just at one or two companies either, and it wasn't with their company. It was at the interest rate I wanted and at the payment I had anticipated. The truck had already been detailed and gased up, so I didn't have to wait around for that to be done. I wasn't pressured into buying anything extra like extended warranties or stuff I didn't need. Robert took the time to explain every gizmo and gadget on the truck and show me how things work and downloaded and paired everything before I left. Then, he recommended one of the best Mexican restaurants I have eaten at. Even though it was a 2 hr drive, I didn't mind because I commute that far to work, and even if I didn't it was still worth the trip to treated fairly and not feel like I had been treated like a female by car salesman. No offense, Robert!”

“While we were traveling on our way to Ozark, AL our travel trailer blew a tire. Luckily we had a spare but needed to replace the blown one. The guys at this tire shop were such a great help! We showed up just after 7am on a Monday morning and they said they could help us right away. Both the manager and assistant manager were very polite and helpful. From start to finish we were there for not longer than 20 minutes while they replaced the new tire onto the rim. Such a relief! Highly recommend their services!”
“I had to pay for my truck impound here due to a series of serious unfortunate events involving my son using it. But they were absolutely as courteous and kind as they could be and help me through the process considering I was not a really happy for participant in the process. And that's about what you can expect as the best from the business like this. Good decent people. Just doing their job. There was no damage to my vehicle which is a very expensive high-end truck and the cost was pretty reasonable.”

The young man name Wrangler call to let me know he was about 25minutes away. Upon Wrangler arriving he was very nice and professional and he explain everything he was doing.
