The Verizon store in Ozark provides amazing service with a very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Employees are exceptional gems, making customers feel important and like fast friends. They work hard to solve technical issues and find solutions quickly. The manager gives every customer 100% customer service with an upbeat attitude, even while multitasking and working alone. The staff goes out of their way to help, making processes like upgrades and switching providers hassle free. Customers report they will definitely visit again for all Verizon needs.
The manager, Dalton, at the Ozark location was extremely helpful and got me the best deal on a new phone and watch. I also walked away with home internet at a great price. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, the longest time was spend transferring my data from one phone to the other
