“Mrs. Kenyara Pickett an employee at pee wee's pawn in Bessemer made my experience a pleasant one. She treated me with respect and dignity. She made me feel like a valued customer. I will be doing more business with pee wee's because of her customer service.”
“These guys really went out on a limb for me. Yesterday was the last day to pay my pawn before the items would be put out for sale. My friend got there right before they closed and found that he didn't quite have enough, and couldn't get more from the bank. They graciously allowed us to come back today, and one man (I really wish I'd gotten his name, to give him kudos) specifically made sure that my stuff didn't get put on the sales floor. They even waived the late fee that they could have charged us for not paying yesterday. I am so grateful for how much they helped us out when they didn't have to. They could have sold my stuff, they could have charged us massive late fees, and they would have been perfectly within their rights to do so, but they went out of their way to be so kind and helpful. Thank you guys so much.”
