Terrible experience. I called before I came here to ask if they could help me by scanning some original artworks into digital images using a laser scanner. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and told me how the process would work. The next day I arrived with my art and there was a woman at the counter. She told me that she couldn’t scan the art, because the watercolor paper was too thick. She said the colors wouldn’t come out correct. She said that they got new scanners than don’t scan paper. She told me that everything I was told over the phone was wrong. She had a very obstinate, obstructionist attitude as well. I asked her if she could sell me a scanner that I could use at home to do it myself. She said they don’t have any scanners for sale like that. I could tell that she just didn’t want to help at all. On top of all this, she said she was the general manager of the store, Ha!

Posting this review in hopes of improvement for the printing services at this location. I placed an online order yesterday, called an hour later to confirm receipt, which was met with an attitude and “I don’t have any orders with that number or name,” when mentioning I had the confirmation email in front of me asking if this person could somehow lookup, they said no I can’t, call the staples 1-888 number. Hung up and I called that number and the rep let me know that it is in fact in their system and is accessible to the store and that they clearly have it. I called back and instructed I had done as they asked and was put on hold for 5 minutes, then when answered by another person and said sir I’m busy with another customer, keep holding, I was fine with waiting but was on hold 3 different times. Then they suddenly find the order but now their machine is down. I needed the order by the end of the day so I asked if there was any way they could change the location and it was met with a they are short staffed. Without offering any help advice or information when this machine would be back on they hung up. I called the staples rep again and they mentioned there must be something going on at this location and gave me a refund. I placed the order to Office Depot and it was ready within 30 minutes. It could have just been an off day, I was courteous throughout the whole process but was displeased with the experience and wasted more than half a day being tossed between. It looks like this is a recurring pattern at this location judging by other reviews, .

Needed an item for a school project for my daughter and I'd been all over trying to find it with no luck. I called and spoke with Myknail, who checked that what I needed was at the store, so I drove over to purchase. He remembered me from the phone call, so I was able to thank him in person for his awesome customer service! Wanted to share here also, thank you Myknail for saving me from even more stops searching for what my daughter needed for school!

I ordered online some posters and business card and got email for pick it up at 5:30 pm I went there to pick it up but they don’t have my order next morning I call customer service they said they send it to the store and pick up time is 5:30 pm then again when I was there to pick it up they said me that poster is ready but it is without laminated and they said me it is not sure when they can make it laminated maybe 2-3 days terrible service wasted alot time on this store not only this time but before also bad experience here they don’t see your time very poor service

As a previous reviewer indicated, the poster counter service is quite hit or miss. They will help you but it’s clear they don’t really want to. Pausing side conversations with someone else while assisting a customer should be customer service 101. I have interacted with one or two friendly associates but usually the vibe is uncomfortable and I’d rather go elsewhere. I’m not sure how long this store has been on the decline but I’m curious how long it will remain open with so few customers (at least the times I have been in) and the lack of professionalism I have often seen.

Terrible service at the printing counter! Employees were standing around talking but couldn’t be bothered to help us place an order. When we asked questions, we were told to just order online. You’ve lost our business.

Amazon returns with UPS now cost $1, but are free with Whole Foods and Staples. We went with Staples since it's basically next door to UPS anyways. Terrible experience.. these people wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face. In fast food terms, UPS is the Chick-Fil-A standard and Staples is Burger King. I don't understand how this store is still open.

Ordered something, paid for it online, got there to pick it up, they didn't have it.They made me wait for twenty minutes while someone ran all over the place trying to find one pack of printer ink cartridges. Then they just gave up and said they didn't have it.

Staples has most everything you need in an office in stock in the store - pick up and go. On the rare occasion they don't have it in stock they will order it for you with your choice of mailing to your home or you can pick up in the store. Spacious, clean, with friendly staff.

Real nice after spending money here to have a cashier hand your receipt to you with not a thank you, have a nice day or anything. I guess that's the new normal for customer service these days.

Staples in Pelham has a stellar team with exceptional customer service. As an avid shopper of this location since I was in elementary school, I can honestly say that Staples in Pelham never disappoints and always provides a high level of service from walking in to checking out. My family and I have trusted them with our business for many, many years…from buying school supplies to printing wedding invitations, and everything in between. Their inventory is always stocked neatly and there is consistently a member of their team nearby to provide assistance if needed.Their copy and print center is incredible - take a look below at this beautiful baby shower welcome sign that I had made for a friend’s shower in April…the quality was terrific! However, the intentional and superb customer service provided by a hardworking manager at the store, Jalisa, was what was truly FANTASTIC. Jalisa went above and beyond to take my order, confirm my order, and went well out of her way to ensure the sign I ordered was of high quality, completed on time and correctly. I was amazed at her willingness to do anything needed to be certain I had what I needed for the baby shower I was hosting for a dear friend. I was so grateful at her efforts and the welcome sign was a “hit” at the baby shower…thank you, Jalisa!!!Overall, I would give Staples in Pelham a 10/5 instead a 5/5 if I could. I encourage all shoppers in the area - friends, colleagues, etc. to visit this store, as I highly recommend them!
