“This shop accepted my own parts in which many shops wouldn't, reasonably they can not warranty those parts but, none the less they accepted the work. This shop also has tools such as a spring compressors that many shops do not have and charge a cheaper rate than many shops around the Birmingham metro. Out of 15 shops I've called to see if they had the proper tools, in which they did, they also charged the least and did a very quality job. They were the first shop to ever perfectly align my car. My car now drives more straight than when i bought it. (car has a salvage title). My car bounced around 3 shops due to lack of tools and experience, the other shops tried to make me pay crazy high prices. such as $3,000 for the first shop. $2,000 for the second shop. And this shop charged me only $1,400. All including parts (parts had to buy separately from dealership due to part suppliers not carrying the part for my car since it is the performance variant of the vehicle with a different suspension). would of been significantly less for me if i didn't have to buy parts from a dealership. Highly recommend this shop for any suspension work, brakes or tires. They got my car back to me in under a day for changing 4 suspension components and only charged me $530 for the labor and alignment, which is unheard of these days. I never leave reviews however this shop had me impressed and I will be using these guys in the future and I recommend everyone else too as well.”

“I have been looking for a SLK 300 low miles for months. I have spoken to several dealerships around the nation. Everyone of them gave me the run around or had multiple fees that increased the price well beyond the original listing price. Then I found Drivers Way and Austin. They had just taken the vehicle in on trade and Austin sent me detailed pictures and addressed all of my concerns. This place was a absolute pleasure to do business with especially since I was 3 hours away. A fair price for a beautiful car for my sons first. “Had to buy 1 tire for the wife's car they had the exact tire used, but nearly new for less than half of a new one it's been great . Three weeks ago I needed new tires for my truck.And I went there and he had just about a brand new set of Bridgestones they have been awesome with 0 issues.new or used these guys are my my tire guys now .”

“I contacted PepBoys for a tire rotation and oil change appointment and spoke with Dan. He was extremely pleasant by phone and secured my appointment. My car was serviced in a timely fashion. Dan was again on top of excellent customer service when I picked up my car. Unfortunately, a customer was behaving in such a rude manner towards Dan while standing in the employee entrance/exit area and refused to move. Dan maintained professionalism when the customer refused to move. I have had mixed experiences with Pepboys over the years , but this one exceeds them. Hopefully this staff will remain.”
