“Traveled from Kentucky. Had brake problems stopped to get checked out. Ended up needing front rotors and brakes. They were very helpful, friendly and reasonably priced ..would recommend to everyone in the Columbia,GA . area.”
“This location is amazing!! Everyone was so nice and super helpful and were very transparent about what my car needed to have done vs. what it didn’t. They were very patient and knowledgeable about everything! Austin helped me each time I came in the store and when I called, and he was so nice! Highly recommend them!”
“Yet another great experience at this location!
I drove a loaner today and noticed the tire indicator appear on the dash, so I rolled into my neighborhood Pep Boys! Dacarius check my pressure and filled all four tires with much courtesy and professionalism. In Hoover, this is the go-to for tire service and auto care!”
“I went to purchase battery on July 5,2025 , I was told approximately one hour however it only took thirty minutes. I appreciated the short wait . The explanation regarding cost was exceptional. I highly recommend this service.”

“I got a great price on my tires compared to ordering online and getting them shipped to a tire shop. They also mentioned that I needed an alignment and advised the milage of need a tire rotation. Things were done by the time I finished shopping. Going to see if I can save money with them rotating and balancing the tires for free.”
