“I decided to go here because of how close in distance it was to where I was. I had called prior to arriving and the person I spoke with over the phone; his name was George/Jeorge was very kind, offered me a discount, and let me know I could get in pretty quickly for what I was experiencing.They got me in pretty quick, although it was a line of people, all I had to do was get my tire fixed and they did just that within 30 minutes! Instead of overcharging and not telling me the different options I had, George made sure to tell me I could either get a new tire or they could just patch it up, which would not only be quicker, but would also be cheaper. I didn't even know it was an option as most dealers would try to take the more expensive way out. Of course I took the recommendation on the cheaper route and my tire is just as brand new, I will certainly be coming back, the service was great!”

Due to the lateness of the hour I was ask if I could come back the next day. I responded with a Yes! You have to have patience and a Good Attitude in order to get what you need as far as Good Service is concern.I had no problem, because Rick was honest about them not being able to put the front n back brakes on the same day. I knew that when I came in. They could have rushed through and then who knows, later could have been a big mistake. So, I do appreciate the honesty and techniques for Good Service.
