βI have had more than one positive experience with this company. Recently I took my ford focus in to fix my transmission clutch and my oil pan. While fixing both parts they found some other issues and were extremely accommodating and worked with me to fix the issues without any problems. All I did was go buy the part. And today my car was having another unforeseen issue and called to leave a voicemail but someone was cruelly there to answer the phone and he went out of his way to check my car out for me real quick. This a great, honest company! 10/10 would recommend!β
βCustom Paint & Collision repaired a big dent on our vehicle's liftgate caused by being rear ended. Their customer service and repair work were exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle looked brand new after their repair.β
βThey did a fantastic job on my car. They started on it as soon as I dropped it off. I had been dealing with the car shutting off with the AC being on, when I hit the brake. Found out the spark plugs wasn't replaced correctly from another repair I had done by a different shop. They cleaned the throttle body, did a 🛢 oil change, and now my car is🚗 running smoothly and the ac is staying on when I come to a hault. Nobody else could fix it and they made guesses on what might be wrong with it. I thank God it is been fixed. Had been dealing with this since May 2025.β
βWe used Med Center Collision to repair our Honda Civic after an accident. They explained the process to us clearly and worked directly with our insurance company when needed. There was a slight delay getting the parts (this was not their fault), but the employees were always happy to provide an update when we asked. The work on our car was completed on the timeline they provided and looked great! Jessica even helped me with a separate issue late on a Friday afternoon, after we had gotten our car back, which she did not have to do. We were very happy with our experience.β

βI have to say that as a dealer for 20 years, I had a great relationship with Ken's and they had more parts in stock for older vehicles than anyone else. It was also great "atmosphere" and great conversation.The old Coke machine was an interesting addition. I miss this type of business now that I am in Florida.β

βPut coil-over lift struts on my 2019 Ram 1500 and regular shocks on the rear. Excellent job and also installed a set of wheels and tires - didn't even charge for breaking down my old set of tires/wheels. Would highly recommend this shop. Very fast service as well.β

βI own several classic vehicles that occasionally need minor repairs. It is getting harder and harder to find people willing to work on them, be ************* or cosmetic. In years past it was common to have an entire car repainted at any body shop. It was a standard service and relatively inexpensive (comparatively). Over time body shops have shifted priorities toward doing insurance-related repairs that are less labor intensive, quicker, and more profitable than painting a whole car. Entire panels are replaced instead of repairing a small portion of the existing panel, because of the labor hours involved. These shifts make it difficult to find a shop willing to do the kind of body work I've needed recently at a price that is not ridiculous. My black **** ****** needed the entire front end and rear bumper repainted due to minor bumps, rocks, etc that occur while driving, and touch-up paint was no longer an option. *******'s was the first shop I spoke with that gave me an estimate and had an opening within 30 days. The other shops either weren't interested or had no openings in the near future. I left my car with the manager, ****, on the scheduled day, and he told me that my car would be lower on the priority list, but it would be worked in whenever possible. The car was there for nearly 8 months, but when I checked on it, **** always told me exactly what stage they were in. Although frustrating, that's the way it is with cars that aren't daily drivers and essential to the owner, and they get bumped for more profitable work regularly. Once I understood this and adjusted my expectations, I was pleasantly surprised when **** called to tell me the car was ready. I'm very happy with the finished product. You can't tell that only portions of the car were repainted. It's held up well over the last year and the car looks great overall. Highly recommend them to anybody with a vintage car and patience.β
βOn a trip to Clanton from Birmingham, the charging error light came on when I was passing Pelham. They were very helpful and explained each charge, so that there weren't any surprises. A little over two hours later my car was good to go, and they worked past closing.β
