“The venue was easy to locate, and the parking was convenient. I liked the atmosphere inside and the overall design and layout of the facility. The only issue is the management of the acoustics in the building.”
“We recently got married, back in June of this year. And I can truly say it was the absolute best venue we could have chosen. The way the building is shaped to provide space and an open concept allows you to be creative in the way you design your layout. We loved the lighting and the hardwood floors, along with the paintings on the walls, which allowed us to mix that in with our decor. All in all, it was a 10 out of 10 venue that we fully enjoyed.”

“I have actually been to this location on a few occasions. The events are always really nice and beautifully decorated. Most recently, I attended an end of the year holiday mixer that was put on by the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce. Parking at this place quickly fills up so I was glad to see that they had a shuttle from a church that is located down the hill taking people up to Hoover Randall Home.”

“What a wonderful weekend treat. From friendly and helpful check in with Patrice the weekend kept getting better. Breakfast buffet was excellent. But dinners at Brock’s were beyond outstanding. Filet you could slice with a butter knife, fresh fish, creative sides, and good wine list. Our server Ashley was phenomenal. Helped with recommendations, provided friendly and professional service. We chose the 2nd night to sit at the Chef’s Table and watch the kitchen staff do their magic. Rob, one of the serving managers was awesome, answering our myriad questions and again was friendly and professional. This restaurant is superb and the staff is terrific. In addition to the wonderful meals and drinks, my wife loved the spa and I played 18 holes on the RTJ Ross Bridge course. Such a great weekend and we can’t wait to return!”
“My family and I had SUCH a great night at Bowlero! We haven't bowled in a long time and forgot how much fun it is. Everyone had a blast. The facility was clean and orderly. The lighting and the music were ideal. We all had so much fun and I'm excited to go back in the future. I'd like to mention that Lane S. went above and beyond in helping me schedule my event and at the bowling alley, Carla did such a superb job making sure my family and I had everything we needed to enjoy our time. I didn't get his name but the man attending the bar was excellent as well. All around great customer service and exceptional experience. I highly recommend this bowling alley and I hope to go back again.”
“I’ve been to the supper with Santa for years now. It’s become a family tradition. Last years food was not the best but this years was very good! Loved the baby barn addition. I’ve also been to adult prom and had an absolute blast. Everything is well run and the owners are always out and about during event making sure it runs smoothly.”

“The building is old, needs touching up, but other than that its good, we had the queen suite, had a stove, refrigerator, etc and it's was very clean, the staff is very polite and helpful, just no pool lol but to me one of the best parts is it's in a secluded area and CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!!! wal mart 6 mins away, the mall 20 mins away, the other mall 20 mins away, pappadeaux, perry steak house, dream land bbq, arby, liquor store, Winn Dixie, like said everything”

“The rooms are large. Every toom has a kitchenette: elec 2 burner cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a full refrigerator. Our granddaughter goes to college in nearby Montevallo.
She is an AAU womens soccer player and we attend as many as possible of her home matches. The parent/ grandparent discount is $99/night with parking included. Shopping is nearby. The pm staff is exceptionally charming and helpful. Its a somewhat older building that recently been refreshed. Any challenges we've encountered have been resolved in our favor. They have a 24/7 free coffee dispensing machine and an honor system, self-serve snack room adjacent to the frony desk with inexpensive item”

“Have to shout out Ashley from the night shift who was such a gracious host. My buddy and I walked into the hotel to check in and she was dealing with a disorderly and rude guest with such grace. Kudos to Ashley for her strong will and dedication to the hotel guests. My friend and I both work for hotel companies. We both agreed she handled that situation like a true professional.”
“I usually don’t write reviews, but after a recent experience at a Fairfield Inn in Marietta, GA (a review I’ll be sharing separately), I felt it was important to recognize this location for doing things the right way.
I have stayed at this property at least 10–15 times, and I leave happy every single time. The rooms are always clean, requests are consistently accommodated—or at the very least there is a genuine effort to meet them—and most importantly, the staff focuses on asking “How can I fix the problem?” rather than making excuses.
Thank you to the manager and entire staff for always making my stays enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the clear training your team has on resolving issues by asking the right questions—ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to tell five other people how great their stay was.”

“I had my daughter’s sweet 16 party at this venue. It is a great space. The owner was very prompt with responding to me and my questions. We really enjoyed the venue and the services provided. She has a variety of items that will make your event a huge success. We got the 360 with our event and everyone really enjoyed the experience. We really enjoyed ourselves the owner really takes care of her clients. We had a great experience from the time of booking the venue until the end of our event. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.”
