“Very nice atmosphere. Simple but effective. The fried cauliflower was delicious. The ginger glaze on the cauliflower is to die for. I actually substituted the yum yum sauce on the wings for the ginger sauce and it was marvelous. The wings were crispy and smokey. The Kobe burger melts in your mouth. The coconut bread pudding was 5 star. Can't wait to visit again.”

“We recently had an anniversary party at The Wine Loft and it was so wonderful! We had our wedding reception there 10 years ago, so we were excited to host another event at The Wine Loft. The whole team worked hard to make it a successful event (especially Kristin). We hope to be back in another 10 years :)”

“Me and my now husband hosted our wedding at Soiree last month and it was definitely worth it. Holly and her staff were super accommodating to our wants and needs from the start. During our entire wedding planning process if we needed anything or had any questions Holly was very quick with her responses, most of the time getting answers in a matter of hours. She also gave advice and recommendations for trusted vendors she knew, some we even went with booking. All our guests had nothing but praise about how beautiful the venue was and how nice and professional the working staff was. We had a beautiful wedding and regret nothing from this place. Highly recommend.”

“There's so much to take in at this park. Beautiful scenery, nice and cool. Friendly staff and patrons. The only thing that I noticed and uncomfortable with was the big pond in the Japanese Garden area had a lot of chemical pollution (PFAS/PFOS). They are widely used in non stick/water repellents. They're long lasting chemicals that break down very slowly over time and has pretty bad health risks once it gets in the body and builds over time. How you know it's present is all the clusters of bubbles on the surface. One of the chemical is hydrophilic and the other side is hydrophobic making it float. I wouldn't touch the water if I were you.”

“I was in Birmingham, Alabama on a business trip and I had a little time before my next flight so I decided to take a quick ride to Vulcan Park and Museum. I was not disappointed! Even though it was an overcast day, the views of the city were very nice and I very much enjoyed the walk through the nice park, the informative signs posted along the way and, of course, the imposing statue of Vulcan, the Roman god of metalworking and forging! Inside, I found a museum that was full of good information about the history of this great working city and birthplace of the civil rights movement. I will sure come back with my family so they can experience this unique place in the history of America.”

“We just had my son's rehearsal at The Florentine. It was absolutely beautiful. We had a seated plated dinner for 100 people. The tables and linens were perfect and the flowers were gorgeous. We chose the filet with shrimp and the salmon. Both were delicious. And the salad was outstanding.Will and Michael were easy to work with and executed everything we asked for. I would absolutely have an event there again.The only thing I didn't like was the video option. They cannot accommodate Apple products which made us getting the video operating more difficult. But overall a fantastic experience!”

“The nice lady that takes care of this gallery helped me out with getting pictures for my art project by using her own phone because mine had shut down and I didn't have a charger. That was very sweet and helpful of her. The art displayed here is also very nice, although I don't know if it's pricey or not because I don't know what they normally sell for. That was the first time that I went to an art gallery and it was a very nice experience to say the least. Do check them out if you're in the area.”

“We’ve been here twice in the last three months. First, we went for their Studio 22 NYE event which was a blast! The unlimited drinks, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and perfectly selected live entertainment made for a wonderful evening. Second, we went to see Chappell Roan who had local drag queens open for her. Both times were a blast and parking in the area was plentiful. Would definitely recommend this venue!”

“I really enjoyed this place. It has a lot of old furniture and details of every room typed out on a piece of paper of what each piece of furniture was used for and made of. It is kept up very well everything is taken care of. It's was a trip I will recommend to my friends and extended family. The ladies that work their are very polite and make you feel welcomed. “My family and I had SUCH a great night at Bowlero! We haven't bowled in a long time and forgot how much fun it is. Everyone had a blast. The facility was clean and orderly. The lighting and the music were ideal. We all had so much fun and I'm excited to go back in the future. I'd like to mention that Lane S. went above and beyond in helping me schedule my event and at the bowling alley, Carla did such a superb job making sure my family and I had everything we needed to enjoy our time. I didn't get his name but the man attending the bar was excellent as well. All around great customer service and exceptional experience. I highly recommend this bowling alley and I hope to go back again.”

“Staying at the UAB Hilton and went down for breakfast. Synetric greeted me and asked me how I was doing, told me about the breakfast buffet (which was a nice quality and selection of eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, grits, oatmeal & pastries) and was able to get me my coffee to go. The other staff working was also pleasant.”

“Stopped by Wasabi Juan's for a quick snack. Asked for a suggestion and they said the 4:20 Nachos. Looked at what was included and gave them the side eye. They said trust me you will say it was good later. So I got the nachos. It has Doritos, Avocados, Spicy Tuna, unagi sauce, sesame seeds, and spicy mayo. When I say all the flavor combinations came together. I was shocked. The staff sold me on it.”

“The Grand Bohemian hotel really nails the expectations of a four star experience.The location, Mountain Brook, is ideally situated just outside of the Birmingham Alabama. From here you can access the city within 5mins or just mooch down to the local shops / amenities of Mountain Brook.The hotel, the associated restaurant and bar (Habitat), deliver across the board. If you’re keen from some cooking classes or wine tasting sessions you’d be hard pressed to find a venue which covers all the bases for the price and quality.”

“I lived a very short distance from this timeless place, in Hoover, Alabama. My Laboratory Associates and I couldn’t wait for the next excuse for spending our next weekend here. This is such an amazing place for Weddings! The pool is beautiful & the spa is AWESOME! The staff and food are always wonderful as well. #deStress #relaxingRooms: Large spacious, nice rooms and most all with a gorgeous view from the rooms of the gorgeous pool & Golf Course that surrounds the Marriott.Nearby activities: The boys and girls usually split up on Saturday mornings here after breakfast; the guys can’t wait to hit the golf course and the ladies of course head to the Riverchase Galleria Mall and then on to the outdoor Mall on Highway 280. These 2 Malls are my absolute personal FAVS ever! After a day of shopping, there’s not far to go for almost any restaurant / Bar - They line both sides of Hwy 280 as far as the eye can see!!Safety: I don’t recall ever seeing any safety issues. Modern technology seems to have this completely covered.Walkability: No issues whatsoever. This is a very large & spread out area we always had plenty of room for group exercise and then outdoor jogging as well.Food & drinks: As I stated before, the food and drinks were always superb. The employees, Chef and staff do an excellent job and go out of their way to please.Noteworthy details: Renaissance B’ham is perfect for business meetings or pleasure(I have obviously visited for both and no complaints. The rooms are quite spacious and there is plenty of room. The food was always also very delicious. I have attended at least 5 to 6 Weddings here, as well as 6 to 8 business/ leisure events.”
