Truist is a great bank with great employees. The branch manager is an outstanding, professional, kind, caring, and very professional person who listens to the customer and is not rude at all. The loan personnel is also a very nice person who does his job very well, knows how to talk to the customer, and is a professional employee. The employees at the drive-thru window and inside the branch are very nice, very quick, and very great at doing their jobs. The team promptly resolved a serious fraud matter and are considered a blessing. This bank took a chance on a local small business when others would not. The bank is temporarily adjusting services, providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, with in-person visits by appointment only. Some branches without drive-thru lanes remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
The ATM never worked right but now there's a new one.

This Bank in Pell City Alabama did something no other Bank in my town would do. They took a chance on me. I pay my loan payment early every month. I earn my income cleaning carpet and floors for over 70 years.Support local small business... thank you for your help with my situation.

Icamnot express how grateful I am for the great people at this bank, Mr, Thompson, Valentina, I had fraud on my account, half of my SSI, they promptly resolved this matter, God knows the whole crew are a blessing!!!
