Every bank has some issues at a point and time.No bank ? is exempt from that issue.
I have read the reviews that are online about this particular branch.
Some are very,very old .
I am going to speak on my experience at this branch.
1.I do believe that (THOMAS THOMPSON) IS A OUTSTANDING BRANCH MANAGER!! A+++??
He is very professional,kind, caring,and listens to the customer.He is not rude at all.So,in saying that.In my opinion,he is very professional in his line of work.
2.The (LOAN) personnel is also a very nice person.He does his job very well.
Knows how to talk to the customer.
He carry his self very well.Professional employee.A++++ ??
3.The employees that work at the Drive thru window are very nice as well.
Very quick doing their job.
Some may talk to you a little.Some don't.☺️?
But in fairness,they are very great at doing their jobs.A+++ ?
This includes inside the branch as well .
To sum this up.I like this branch.
If I have missed recognizing someone,I probably didn't want to say anything about that person.Im very truthful.???

A little advice.
Just because you see someone come into the bank with work clothes on,or gym clothes on, doesn't mean that they are a (nobody).
You never know who that person is.
They could be of (IMPORTANCE).?

“No problems with service. Good bank to bank at. The only issue is on the website for Saturday. It says they open at 8:00 a.m. but are closed till 8:30. Someone needs to update their website”

“The Coosa Pines branch in Vincent is honestly the best credit union I have ever dealt with in my life. Kendra and her staff treat their customers like family. I have been there since they opened in Vincent. I used to drive by every day going to and from work until I retired and they are still my branch of choice even though I drive by the Pell City branch to get to them. If I could give these ladies a hundred stars I would do it in a heartbeat! They are definitely worth the drive.”
