Every bank has some issues at a point and time.No bank π¦ is exempt from that issue.
I have read the reviews that are online about this particular branch.
Some are very,very old .
I am going to speak on my experience at this branch.
1.I do believe that (THOMAS THOMPSON) IS A OUTSTANDING BRANCH MANAGER!! A+++π―π
He is very professional,kind, caring,and listens to the customer.He is not rude at all.So,in saying that.In my opinion,he is very professional in his line of work.
2.The (LOAN) personnel is also a very nice person.He does his job very well.
Knows how to talk to the customer.
He carry his self very well.Professional employee.A++++ π―π
3.The employees that work at the Drive thru window are very nice as well.
Very quick doing their job.
Some may talk to you a little.Some don't.βΊοΈπ
But in fairness,they are very great at doing their jobs.A+++ π―
This includes inside the branch as well .
To sum this up.I like this branch.
If I have missed recognizing someone,I probably didn't want to say anything about that person.Im very truthful.ππ―π―
Great bank!!!π―
Great employees!!π―π―π―
A little advice.
Just because you see someone come into the bank with work clothes on,or gym clothes on, doesn't mean that they are a (nobody).
You never know who that person is.
They could be of (IMPORTANCE).π―
Be kind to all people.ππ

This Bank in Pell City Alabama did something no other Bank in my town would do. They took a chance on me. I pay my loan payment early every month. I earn my income cleaning carpet and floors for over 70 years.Support local small business... thank you for your help with my situation.

Icamnot express how grateful I am for the great people at this bank, Mr, Thompson, Valentina, I had fraud on my account, half of my SSI, they promptly resolved this matter, God knows the whole crew are a blessing!!!

If your thinking about getting an account at BB&T and you live within the Pell City area go see Valentina Lillo she helped me out so freaking good amazing customer service she I was using paypal and they dont have a good way in taking money out so i decided to go here and she was very helpful and got me in and out with an account with ease i 100% recommend

I've had the worst experience at this bank. My husband and I have had an account for a few months now and frankly it was a bad decision. For starters it took them almost three months to give me a debit card for my account. Also they are not very responsive, my husband applied for a loan( He is on my account) and they told him they would let him know that evening whether or not he was eligible. Never heard from them, so I called to inquire about the hold up only to be told they can't tell me anything. Maybe they can't but i Think I'll close my account and find somewhere better because they should be decent enough to do what they say they will.

Love the bank but the online app is so misleading and the past few weeks I've noticed it takes more and more time for pending transactions to go through
