“The employees were not informed with new androids that it doesn't require a physical sim card, so we thought mine that came with the phone was bad, I purchased another for $11 and obviously still didn't work and couldn't get a refund on that but the chick fixed me up and took care of me and was super friendly. I love cricket and have been a customer for years and continue to be a customer with them!”
