“I'm not sure why this company has such bad reviews. My experience with them was OUTSTANDING! I was looking for specific cups that all the other companies were out of and I was hesitant about purchasing from here due to the shipping costs, but they offered me a generous discount and I had my order within the promised time. And I ordered 12 cups and they sent 15 as to not break the original packaging! I am very pleased with my order and the service. They also maintained contact with me thru texts the entire time!”
